Located in South Jordan, and nestled at the base of the the Oquirrh Mountains, this neighborhood is continually ranked as the best place to live in Utah. Residents are drawn to this master-planned community for its walkable (and bikeable) access to parks, shopping, trails and Oquirrh Lake. Here are a few photos showing the best Daybreak has to offer. Daybreak is composed of twelve neighborhoods, or villages. These villages have a wide variety of houses, condos and townhomes to fit any lifestyle or budget. This community-centric neighborhood has a lower cost of living and cost per square foot than other Salt Lake City neighborhoods. Residents have the flexibility of commuting to Salt Lake City’s downtown or nearby Silicon Slopes. Daybreak is well-known for its top-rated public and charter schools.

About Daybreak
Meet the Carlsons
“We chose Daybreak as a family because of the wonderful community.“
“We chose Daybreak as a family because of the wonderful community that has developed over the years. So many great amenities and activities throughout as well as very friendly neighbors who welcomed us right away. It feels good as you drive, walk or ride your bike through the neighborhoods, not to mention beautiful! Being right off of the Bangerter highway is a plus. We felt at home as soon as we pulled up to our new home!”
Meet the Weeks
“We couldn’t be happier with the city of South Jordan & Daybreak.”
“We chose the city of South Jordan/Daybreak community when we moved back in 2017. The community of Daybreak really stood out to us and we fell in love with the design of the homes, trails, parks, local restaurants, shopping areas and all the family oriented events they hold throughout the year. We also have the Trax light rail close by that takes us to downtown SLC. We couldn’t be happier with the city of South Jordan & Daybreak.”

KRISTIN KASSING
Grab a Diet Coke and try to keep up with Kristin! This lady wrote the book on multitasking and is halfway through her checklist by the time most of us hit the snooze button. She is proud to be a born-and-raised South Jordaner and a Daybreak resident since 2006. With a BA in accounting from Southern Utah University and a career in the corporate finance sector, she is known for her uncanny attention to detail and being a whiz at numbers and negotiations. Her clients have included residential land developers, contractors and home builders. She can’t stress enough how important it is for those with a new construction contract to have a competent Realtor on their side during the entire process. Nothing makes Kristin happier than helping a client visualize, design and build a functionally beautiful home. When she’s not rocking the real estate world or raising four amazing humans, you can find her entertaining, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, volunteering, reading, and obsessing over interior design details.
