“We love Cottonwood Heights because it is so close to the world famous skiing, hiking trails and every outdoor sport you can think of.”

“We chose Cottonwood Heights for its central location in the valley and beautiful commute to work. We also needed a good size home for our 2 children and frequent guests. We love Cottonwood Heights because it is so close to the world famous skiing, hiking trails and every outdoor sport you can think of. The elementary school has been very welcoming to us and our children love it!”

Meet Heather & Kael

“We are loving the community, the schools, the many amenities nearby, and most of all our beautiful home.”

“When we first moved to the Salt Lake area, we had quite the long wishlist for a home and neighborhood. Ultimately Cottonwood Heights checked all the boxes for us. Heather wanted a short commute, and Kael needed ample space to build a home recording studio. With convenient freeway access and a nice central location, we can be just about anywhere in the valley in no time. So far we are loving the community, the schools, the many amenities nearby, and most of all our beautiful home.”
