Like many Utah transplants, Catherine was drawn to the Greatest Snow on Earth® but quickly realized that the benefits of living along the Wasatch Front go far beyond the powder snow. She was lured to stay thanks to Utah’s friendly communities, outdoor recreation in all four seasons, and high quality of life.

While her decision to move to Utah follows a common pattern, her backstory is anything but ordinary. Born and raised in New York, Catherine graduated from Cornell University’s Hotel School. She began her career in finance at J.P. Morgan Private Bank where she advised clients on wealth management and spent time living in Hong Kong. This experience gave her an appreciation for the profound significance of investing and the pursuit of financial independence.

Catherine then took a career detour into entrepreneurship and helped manage a venture-backed startup in San Francisco for a few years before she caught the real estate bug and began a personal journey of acquiring, renovating and managing properties. Catherine has collected a portfolio of 25+ rental properties throughout the country. She has proudly held the title of Airbnb Super host for over 10 years. Her background in finance, commitment to exceptional service, and her entrepreneurial spirit all contribute to her real estate prowess.
