New construction booms on every corner, and you’ll discover stellar lots and subdivisions flanked by beautiful mountain views to the east and west.

There’s a country feel out here in Bluffdale, with small-town friendly neighbors and open space and trails right outside your front door. Because most residents are new to the area, neighbors are welcoming and gather often for food trucks, carnivals, movie nights, and parades. Parks are an especially important part of this community, with plenty of splash pads, playgrounds and fields available to the public. Bluffdale is central to Riverton, Draper, and Lehi. The best national and local restaurants and shopping are only 5 to 10 minutes away. Commuters have a breezy commute to Silicon Slopes, downtown Salt Lake and the Orem/Provo area.

What to Do in Bluffdale

Being the very southernmost city in Salt Lake Country, Bluffdale residents have access to the best Salt Lake and Utah County have to offer. In less than 10-minutes, you are in Lehi or Draper enjoying the best local and national-chain restaurants. Another 20 minutes in either direction, and you’ll find youself in the heart of Salt Lake City’s or Provo’s dining scene. As for shopping, Lehi’s Traverse Mountain outlets, and Draper Peaks and Draper Crossing are a hop, skip and a jump away. A little further down the road is Sandy’s Southtown Mall, or keep going to Downtown Salt Lake City for all the big national names and small-urban boutiques you could ask for.
