Carla Rae Nguyen is fully committed to turning dreams into reality–making her the Fairy Godmother of Niche Homes. She garnered her impressive skills (which are far more powerful than any magic wand) during her highly-successful 40 year career in the financial sector. After retiring as a District Manager for a large national bank, Carla Rae quickly realized that she still had wishes to fulfill and turned her attention to real estate, an industry which has always piqued her interest.
Growing up in a military family meant moving from the East Coast to the West Coast and places in between, giving Carla Rae an appreciation for finding sanctuary and creating “home” wherever you are. After earning her BS in Business Management she began her career in the City by the Bay, San Francisco. She and her husband were transferred to Utah for work over 30 years ago, and settled in South Jordan, where they raised their family. She truly believes that Utah is one of the greatest places to put down roots and stay awhile. When she’s not busy making wishes come true, Carla Rae loves to spend time with family and friends, play pickleball, and ride her e-bike.

My Neighborhood
St. George is one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States, offering natural beauty, a strong economy, and a variety of housing options. In addition to being a mecca for sun-seeking retirees and businesses, it also beckons to residents of Northern Utah as a convenient place for a second home. Located in the red rock desert, complete with palm trees and picturesque vistas for as far as the eye can see, St. George is an easy four(ish) hour drive south from Salt Lake City.
