With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we are entering that time of year where we focus on all that we are grateful for. At Niche Homes, along with the rest of the world, this year has certainly brought its challenges. But it was also the year that Niche Homes became a group of five amazing Realtors! We are so proud of these hardworking women. In their own voices, they share their silver linings and what they are grateful for in 2020.
Karly Nielsen, Founder & Principal Broker
“I am so grateful for all the beautiful relationships in my life. These are my ‘why’ in life. My devoted husband, my patient and forgiving children, the magical Niche Homes team, my supportive friends, my loving family members, and my incredible and trusting clients.
I am also incredibly grateful for my mind and body, and how they allow me to accomplish every needful thing.”
Hilary McDonough, Realtor
“I am grateful that this difficult year of distancing has brought a greater awareness and appreciation for family and loved ones. I”m also thankful for beautiful music, Northern California beaches, and a career that I love!”
Kristin Kassing, Realtor
“‘What we focus on expands.’ I love this quote from a book I read this past spring. This line has been a constant reminder to stay positive no matter what this crazy year has put in my path. With a very grateful heart, I look back on the last year and see so many examples of love, hope and service around me. Twenty-twenty has given me so many lessons and taught me to appreciate the small things in my life. I wrap up the year counting blessings of a loving and supportive family, my Niche Homes family, fabulous friends and this beautiful land we live in.”
Kerry Harding, Realtor
“As I reflect on the overwhelming amount of time spent at home in 2020, it has truly put those things that are important to me in perspective. This Thanksgiving, and every day, I am so grateful for: my family, including our fur baby Duke; my rock, biggest supporter, and favorite Veteran (and to all those who have served our country past and present); friendships new and old, near and far; technology; to live in the great state of Utah; my kids’ ever creative and patient Ensign Elementary teachers; and to be part of the Niche Homes team.”
Mele Brown, Realtor
“I wake up everyday grateful for all that I have and am blessed with. My faith keeps me grounded. I am grateful for my family who challenges me to be better, overcome trials and enjoy life’s journey as a mom and wife. Next my namesake, Mele Knightingale Tuitupou (lucky #7) who makes me smile and is pure love and joy! The last two things are my beautiful sisters, who support me in all I do and my parents who instilled a strong work ethic and the values that make me who I am today.”
