Trust us when we say Kerry Harding knows exactly what you are going through when it comes to buying and selling your home. This proud military spouse is a “connoisseur” of relocating with an astounding nine moves over the last fifteen years.

An Oklahoma native and a die hard crimson and cream Sooner fan, her sweet southern-belle style is matched only by her moxie. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with a B.S in Psychology in three years flat and obtained her Master’s degree in Public Administration while traveling all over the world.

Over the last few years she has worked for a Division I university, Wells Fargo and overseen property management. The former beauty queen is also a mother of three. Overachiever, detail oriented, and empathetic are just a few of the attributes that make Kerry the licensed Realtor you want in your corner.

From the rice fields of Northern Japan, to the Emerald Coast of Florida, to Salt Lake’s historic Avenues neighborhood, Kerry knows each home is not just an investment, but a special chapter in a personal story.

My Neighborhood

This historic neighborhood established in the 1850s is known for its architecture and progressive community attitude. In the Lower Aves, you’ll discover Victorian era “Painted Ladies” with vibrant colors and curved architecture as well as twentieth century Tudors with pitched roofs and jettied first floors. In the Upper Aves, you’ll find newly renovated contemporary minimalist styling and spectacular skyline views.
