Tuck yourself into the heart of gracious Holladay living, ideal for main-floor living with plenty of room on the 2nd floor loft and in the basement. This picture-perfect home is nestled at the end of a quiet lane near pastures and across the street from local eateries, grocery, gym and the prestigious Oakwood Elementary. Everything about this home has been carefully curated for comfortable living and big-hearted entertaining: pristine and spacious kitchen with glass tile and granite counters; dining and great room area that opens to outdoor patio; meticulous low-maintenance landscaping and small-garden raised beds; updated bathrooms throughout; and an expansive master room, bath and closet. This is the perfect home for the frequent entertainer, novice chef, or anyone who pines for room to spread their wings and with space to grow. With five bedrooms, four baths, an upstairs family room/office, downstairs family room and theater room (and wide staircases to fit any-sized furniture), it can handle weekend parties and all those out-of-town guests. Ideally located near I-215 and Highland Drive for quick access to anywhere in the city.
KARLY NIELSEN
Don’t be fooled by Karly Nielsen’s easy demeanor and kind charm—she is one of the fiercest and grittiest people you will ever meet. Whether it’s running the PTA, tackling community issues such as bullying, negotiating a hard-fought contract or managing her family of six, she is a woman who can get things done. Nothing falls through the cracks with Karly, and she has a superhuman ability to inspire people to do (and succeed at) things they otherwise wouldn’t attempt. Karly and her family have lived all over the United States and together have mastered the art of moving and connecting with people from all walks of life. She currently resides in the Yalecrest neighborhood and can’t say enough good things about her community. She has a degree in Business Management from BYU, is a licensed realtor in the state of Utah, and plans to get her brokers license this year. When she’s not buying or selling homes, or volunteering, she’s with family and friends hiking, dirt biking, camping and climbing in the nearby Wasatch Mountains.
