This unparalleled Yale Tudor Revival built in 1929 offers luxury living for the discerning antiquarian or anyone with a penchant for historical charm. A two-story, rare beauty with magnificent architectural bones, this home has been painstakingly restored with great care and an unparalleled attention to detail over the last 30 years. Walk into an entry with a grand staircase stripped and restored to its original mahogany glory. The divided-lead windows have all been restored, along with the original crown molding, coffered ceilings, oak floors, and french doors. All finishes and fixtures are fit to meet the highest historical standards. A traditional floor plan true to the era has been preserved with an all-new kitchen, electrical, plumbing and roof in 2010. Discover canopying mature landscaping with towering trees in the front yard. Then step through the restored flying arch and follow the original cobblestone path into a secret-garden backyard oasis. Enjoy tranquil summer evenings sitting under the wisteria-laced pergola near the water feature. This home resides in the heart of the walkable Yalecrest neighborhood, ranked as one of the best places to live in Utah. Walk to nearby Emigration Market, Jolley’s, Laird Park, Miller Bird Park and top-rated public and private schools. Live minutes away from the University of Utah and downtown with quick access to nearby freeways and canyons.

KARLY NIELSEN
Don’t be fooled by Karly Nielsen’s easy demeanor and kind charm—she is one of the fiercest and grittiest people you will ever meet. Whether it’s running the PTA, tackling community issues such as bullying, negotiating a hard-fought contract or managing her family of six, she is a woman who can get things done. Nothing falls through the cracks with Karly, and she has a superhuman ability to inspire people to do (and succeed at) things they otherwise wouldn’t attempt. Karly and her family have lived all over the United States and together have mastered the art of moving and connecting with people from all walks of life. She currently resides in the Yalecrest neighborhood and can’t say enough good things about her community. She has a degree in Business Management from BYU and is a licensed broker in the state of Utah. When she’s not buying or selling homes, or volunteering, she’s with family and friends hiking, dirt biking, camping and climbing in the nearby Wasatch Mountains.
